Announced by BT in 2015, the big switch off means all ISDN and PSTN services will be turned off. In some regions the UK ISDN switch-off has already happened, and as of 5th September this year, customers can’t order, move or amend conventional analogue lines, which is why it’s worth switching over to digital communication systems sooner rather than later.
